How soon do you respond to queries?
I am online once in few hours to check on msgs, calls, orders etc., I ensure that all the communication received are addressed asap.
What are preorders?
I source products from within India and Abroad. Once I place the order, if the product images are available, I put up a preorder sale. Since both domestic and international shipping is involved, the dispatch duration varies. Kindly read the product description on when you can expect the product.
Do you sell only preloved books?
My web store sells both new and preloved products. All preloved products will carry the "condition of the product" in the description, which will help you distinguish. As you know, preloved products are favored by all due to its affordability, incase you have not tried it before, do give a shot.
What is your return policy?
Please take your time to browse through the collection and order at leisure. Return or Refund is not encouraged because of the cost & work involved at my end.
How is the shipping charges calculated?
Shipping companies charge packages based on weight and distance. In Bloomz, for customer's benefits, shipping is practiced as minimal or flat rate. We also have free shipping (based on cart value)
How long will the Shipping take?
Products are packed and shipped within 4 - 5 working days.
If you have any urgent request, pls reach out to me before cart check out.
A combination of regular & preorder will be shipped along with preorder only. If you want them shipped separately, it can be done on additional shipping charges.
What should I do if the product or package is damaged?
All the products are quality checked; actual images, videos are posted in website and I do not sell damaged products. A lot of effort is put into packing and shipping to ensure safe delivery. Kindly keep an opening video ready before submitting any queries related to package/product damages. Alternately, you can also reach out to the shipping office through whom your package is delivered.
